    We brought vehicle in for recall. There was grease all over headliner and seatbelt adjusters no longer will work. Truck smelt of geese and greasy hand prints on the outside door. This truck was NOT brought in like this and I don’t expect to pick it up in this condition. There is NO excuse for this happening. It’s very heartbreaking to take care of a vehicle like we do and something like this happens due to a factory recall. No respect for the customer’s property at all. No grease should have been involved to replace an interior part. Very disappointed in Herlong and the company they have become. No respect for Chevy IF they don’t stand behind their customers for a recall they required to be done in this situation.
