Jason the sales guy was good. The finance manager was not. I had a pre approval before I even walked into the dealer. I requested my credit to be pulled one time. It was pulled a total of 4 times. Was told they just wanted to get the best rate. It should be what I want not what they want. Still purchased the vehicle but will not return for future cars or future service.

Was told it could be 1 to 2 hours and was done in half that time. Even washed the car. Very happy with service.

Amazing. 2nd time I've purchased a new truck and Tabatha did amazing.

I went in for oil change, service department personnel was friendly as usual but check out at front desk had changed and not as personable. Overall I will continue to get oil changes there, it is where the vehicle was purchased.

I had a scheduled appointment with Herlong as one of my tire’s sensor battery had gone bad. Travis, our Service Advisor got my car quickly as we were waiting at the dealership for the repair. The technician quickly identified which tire and got it replaced. I purchased an extended warranty thru Herlong when I purchased my car so I wanted to see if this replacement would be covered. A portion was covered but it took quite some time before a determination was received. Travis updated us twice and apologized for the wait. He was excellent!
